Although we live in these modern times of technology..sometimes it is really difficult to find out what is going on in places..or you have to sift through different bits of information. We wanted Tea Monkey to be at the forefront of its local community and to know what is going on, when and where….

And we thought you might want to know too!

We want people to use Tea Monkey as a meeting place and community space with access to local information while sipping a cuppa – what could be better?

So we created an internet area….like an internet café but without the dingy booths and seedy ads!!...(sorry!)….

It's quite simple really…..just help yourself to one of the funky wall mounted iPads and play, surf and browse for local and national news, chat to friends or even listen to some cool sounds through our music library….

If you don’t want to use an iPad (can’t think why not!!...unless you have your own of course!!)…or you just want to sit on a sofa somewhere and use your own kit…then feel free…….for free!

We even have iPod connectors so you can recharge things and sockets to plug stuff in!.....all very convenient really…..and all while drinking the best tea and coffee (and sneaking in a bit of cake of course)..

Oh, we forgot to mention that if you really HAVE TO print something off then there is a wireless printer connected in-store ..(we will charge you for that though but the money goes to our charity (Charitea Begins at Home!)…

So a few little gadgets go a long way to helping your day….and if we can help then that is what we are here for….
